Highly aesthetic 1960's boxed set of the first four Paddington Bear books by Michael Bond - A Bear Called Paddington, More About Paddington, Paddington Helps Out and Paddington At Large.

Early 1960s Puffin editions. Illustrated throughout with Peggy Fortnum's famous drawings. Complete with rare original box.

Condition: Some scuffing to edges of books and minor nicks and creases to pages here and there. Light tanning. The box itself quite scuffed and worn but is made of strong card and is holding together well. Very good considering age.
